Terms and Conditions
Object
The present Terms and Conditions has as main goal to define the General Sales Conditions between Kailla Portugal, NIF 219366969, address Rua Abel Salazar, 1 - Bom Retiro - 2600-023 Vila Franca de Xira, and the user, since the act of shopping till the services provided by KAILLA, such as the payment methods and the conditions and order delivery.
Both parts agree that the shopping at www.kailla.pt will be regulate exclusively by the present term. The access and navigation at the online store KAILLA, as well as shopping products in there, assumes the acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions.

Orders
  1. The order is finished when the user completes the shopping process at the website www.kailla.pt, adding the products that want to order to the shopping cart.
  2. in order, to purchase the user should:
    a) Register at www.kailla.pt, giving the solicited information.
    b) Login, giving the user and password that have chosen during the registry.
    c) Complete the information and choose the available options during the process to complete the order.
  3. When the user is confirming the final order, the user is accepting the prices and the products descriptions available for sale, as well as the Terms and Conditions of sale here exposed and that will the only one applicable to the contract when concluded.

Payment
Kailla has several methods of payment at the client disposal. The payment can be done through the MB system, bank transfer, Credit or Debit card or Paypal.

In case of bank transfer payment, please send afterwards the payment slip by e-mail.

Shipping - Portugal
The shipping costs are free for Portugal. The order delivery is made by UPS.

Shipping - International
The shipping costs are free for any part of the world. Some countries have customs duties and taxes. That will be at client costs.The order delivery will be made by UPS.
After your order will have been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and a tracking code of your order.
If the product that you order is in stock, the maximum reception deadline is 4 workdays. If the bag isn’t in stock, it will take between 1 to 2 weeks, maximum.

Prices
The prices must be read in Euros, with all the taxes included. All the prices include VAT (when applicable). Kailla reserves the right to change prices and specifications without further notice.

Exchange and Return
In case you want to exchange or return any product, you can make it until 15 days after the order reception. To be accepted the exchange or return, the product must be new, in the way it has been delivered and in its original package, with all the sent elements. The product must be sent to the sender’s address. The shipping costs of the exchange or return is at the client costs.
To make the Exchange or return, you should send an e-mail to info@kailla.pt and indicate which product you want to return and the return reason.
In case of loss or any damages that may occur in sequence of the shipping/devolution of the product from the client, the KAILLA brand does not assume any responsibility.

Privacy Policy
When you visit www.kailla.pt, you are consenting and accepting all the conditions detailed at the privacy Policy section.

Applicable Law and Competent Court
  1. In case of conflict, and in accordance with the Law n.144/2015, from 8 of September of 2015, when buying any product or service at this site, the consumer can appeal to the Online Dispute Resolution European Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr), or can, according to the respective territorial jurisdiction, appeal to one of the following entities of Alternative Dispute of Consumption Resolution (under article 18.º from Law N.º 144/2015, of September 8th.)::

  2. If the conflict cannot be mediated, by any reason, and will be addressed to a court, the chosen court should be the Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Vila Franca de Xira, with the exclusion of any other.
  3. To all the questions not expressly regulated in this Terms and Conditions, the Portuguese Law will apply.
